THE SUSPENDED CUBE HOUSE| This Bucharest residence is located on the outskirts of the city. It has 3 apartments on the first floor and common areas and garages on the groundfloor for the special cars of the owners; the partial basement contains the technical areas. Each of the three apartments is visible on the facade through either a loggia, a small terrace or - the biggest one- a masive cube volume that floats above the groundfloor and marks the main entrance corner of the residence. The groundfloor garage area is cladded in ondulated metal sheets.
